Kyra Co on Self-Awareness

How old are you?

24 years old (turning 25 soon!)

What do you do for a living?

I run a company - it's called 360 Digital, a full-service digital agency.

What are the things that make you feel more alive?

Working on the business because it's something I genuinely love doing, being able to continuously grow it while helping a lot of people in the process.

I am most proud of ________________________________.

My constant grit, drive, and dedication. I try my best to stay consistent, to continuously do better, and to always reflect on my actions & choices. This has helped me greatly in all aspects of my life- whether it be work, fitness, relationships, or even hobbies, goals, and "down times"

Staying consistent and taking one step at a time (no matter how small!) helps me inch towards my goals & the kind of life I want to build for myself. This keeps me continuously happy and content!

How have you grown wiser in the past two years?

Over the past 2 years, I've learned to focus on myself and understand myself better. Forgiving myself and being kinder towards my past self. It's been a crucial first step in helping me navigate through the world and build more meaningful relationships.

What do you think is the best thing about being your age?

I'm less risk-averse & more curious which leads to new discoveries, continuous growth, and learning more about myself and the world around me. It's also a lot easier to make mistakes at a younger age!

What are the best pieces of life advice you have ever received?

When faced with problems, you don’t have to panic right away. Some things work themselves out.

Write everything down — it's so odd but it's one of the habits I've developed that has helped me greatly!

Lastly, treat people with kindness, it will go a long way!

Who are the women you look up to and how have they helped shape your life?

My mom, she's amazing and the best person ever! She's always very supportive of everything I do. She never fails to help me out in any way that she can.

She not only provides a helping hand but she's also my safe space & biggest supporter! I don't know where I'd be, and what I'd do without her. A big part of who I am, and what I've managed to accomplish is because of her.

My sister is another person I look up to. She's able to accomplish everything she sets her mind to. She inspires countless other women along her journey— people that count on her, support her and love her.

She Talks Generations celebrates wisdom-sharing among women, and highlights the different perspectives and unique strengths that we bring to the table at every life stage.
